Industrial Placements
Have you considered the benefits of employing a placement student?
At the School of Materials we offer all of our successful students the opportunity to complete their degree with a year in industry… this is an excellent opportunity for the students, who are given the opportunity to put into practice what they have learnt over the previous two years.
What you may not have considered is that taking on a placement student can bring fantastic benefits to your company:
- It gives you an employee who can bring young, fresh ideas to the company.
- It gives you an employee who is enthusiastic and energetic.
- It gives you the chance to get a head start on recruiting the best new graduates for your company.
